We would like to Thank Kalim and all the staff at West Coast Toyota. We looked at many types of pickup trucks before we finally decided to buy a Tacoma. We first went to Open Road Toyota, but we both felt that we were poorly treated both by sales and finance. We then went to Jim Pattison Toyota and sat for 1/2 hour waiting for a sales person, we got tired of being ignored and left. We went back to looking at other dealerships with very little results. Then we remembered that there was a Toyota dealership in Maple Ridge so we figured to give toyota one more chance. Wow what a diffence in the customer service. We are very glad that we went there as all the staff bent over backwards to help us get exactly what we wanted. We have already gone back for the 1000km service and it was also a positive experience. If anybody out there is looking for a vechicle we give this dealership a well deserved 10.

I have now owned my 2007 Tundra since purchasing at a different local dealer new in August 2007. This is my thirt Tundra and I have loved each of them. I have been driving a pick up truck for 35 years and I have had Fords, Chevs,but this product is far superior to anything else out there. But you already know that. The reason for the note is to give my highest praise for ALL the people in you parts and service area. They helped me with a small warranty issue when Open Road "my dealer" refused it. I was impressed and have been back for all my oil changes etc. ever since. They have been very helpfull every time I have been there, disapointed because my truck was too clean for them to be able to wash it. I recently had a problem trying to get my HomeLink system to work with a new garage door opener. I went to Open Road since they are so much closer...no help at all. The service salesman went through the sequence the same as I had and it still did not work. So then I went to your dealership. Not only did they do the research to find out about problems, but they printed both the Toyota info and the HomeLink info for me, even though they undoubtedly had other things to do (on New Years Eve). Turns out I neede to be near the garage to set it up. Great customer service! I absolutely will purchase any future Toyotas from you folks and I will recommend you to everyone I meet. I don't know the names of any of these people except Trevor, in parts. It doesn't really matter though since they are all excellent and work wonderfully as a team. Thanks again to everyone there.

I would like to thank West Coast Toyota, Maple Ridge, British Columbia, for their great service, from the Sales Dept through to their Service Dept. Each time I enter their doors I am greeted by name by their General Mgr, salespeople, Parts personnel or their Service personnel. (This may be because our family has purchased 4 vehicles from them in the last 3 years!?!?)
The last time I had my 2004 Sienna serviced they were replacing brakes. Jo Anne, a service advisor, allowed me to go to the door close to where they were working on the van, so I could dig all the stones out of the winter tires, clean mud off the inside of the rims etc. (I was having a balance problem with the winter tires and I needed to eliminate the stones and mud to properly identify the cause.)
This is just one example of the level of service provided by West Coast Toyota, and I really appreciate their customer oriented approach. We live 45 minutes away from Maple Ridge, but their excellent service makes the drive worthwhile.

I would also like to praise one of your salesmen for doing such a great job and making our experience so easy and painless. My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a few months now and have had a difficult time negotiating and dealing with sub-par salesmen. Never knowing if we were getting the best deal.
On Saturday we showed up at your dealership and started dealing with Alvin Lee. He was very easy to deal with and it made for a great experience. We were able to get a deal done in very little time. He was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to answer all of my questions right away.
Further to this great service, he went above and beyond. After trading my old car in, I subsequently left my expensive prescription sunglasses in the car. The same day my old car was sold to a wholesaler and shipped to the interior never to be seen again. Well Alvin managed to get a hold of the wholesaler who searched the car found the glasses and shipped them to Alvin. I will be by later today to pick them up.
I have purchased many new cars in my life and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Alvin is very sincere and genuine when he does business. Just thought I would let the management know of this as a lot of times great customer service goes unrecognized.

I really appreciated the warm treatment that Barry provided. It made what can often be an uncomfortable experience a very easy one. What a great guy! He even drove all the way out to Vancouver to pick me up when he had to reschedule my appointment to a time when I wouldn't have Steve to drive me in. I just wish I lived closer so that I could use your service bay all the time! Maybe you could book a remote every 8 months so that they could change my oil while I'm working!

Well, that was the most enjoyable drive from the Lower Mainland back to the Okanagan that I’ve had in a long time!
I left your dealership and was pleased to receive that by the time I got to Agassiz I used 4.9 litres per 100/km. By the time I got home it was at 5.1, even given my high speeds at times. I was quite impressed with that result.
Anyway, I am really enjoying the ‘new’ 2005 Prius, and I wanted t thank you for making my whole process a positive experience. From the outset of our communication, your e-mail messages were clear and answered my questions directly.
