Toyota Financial Services understands the needs of our customers and we are here to help them get through these hard times.

At this time, we will be reviewing payment extensions on an individual basis, month by month.

Customers can contact TFS in 2 ways. 

Option 1

Have your customer register and logon to the new customer portal;

Enter a quick message and hit send.  A live agent will contact the Guest back to gather some information for the payment deferral

To assist our customers during the COVID-19 crisis, in conjunction with West Coast Toyota, Toyota Financial Services is pleased to announce a special assistance program that will run from March 21 through April 30, 2020.


In conjunction with the current rate programs, Toyota Financial Services is offering "Don't Pay for 180 Days" on all new TFS Loan contracts (OAC) on all new 2019, 2020 and 2021 Toyota models.

  • No payments for 180 days on new 2019, 2020 & 2021 Toyota models
  • Available with weekly, bi weekly or monthly payment frequency
  • Offer is on approved credit
